Hamburgers

In food tech we made some scrumptious hamburgers, each one of created our own hamburger design process.  Here are the methods and ingredients down below , p.s this is a bit delayed lmao 

Ingredients:

• Burger buns
• Meat patties// from scratch (ingredients below)
• Lettuce
• Mayonnaise
• Cheese
• tomato
• Onion
• Sweet chilli sauce ( optional )
• Butter
• salt/pepper

Methods:

• Preheat grill for high heat
• Toast burger buns with cheese and butter
• Cook the meat patties until ready
• Slice the tomatoes and onions
• Rip the lettuce into pieces
• Put sauces on burger buns
• Put meat, veggies, cheese, into the burger buns.
